Welcome!

My Name is Emily Johnson, a Root Cause NTP, helping kids find HOPE through nutrition and lifestyle so they can be all that God created them to be.

I am beyond thankful for you for being here. I believe God has placed us in this time at this moment and brought us together for His purpose. There are God ordained moments every day. When things seem random to you, I hope you instead see them as His divine appointments. Lean into these moments. Nothing is by chance.

My hope and prayer is for the Lord to use me to help give others not only their physical healing but that through their health journey they will find more of Him too.

Our World Needs
Mighty Warriors

Ephesians 6:12-13: “For we do not wrestle against flesh & blood but against the rulers, against the authorities, against cosmic powers over this present darkness, against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all, to stand firm.”

Our world needs mighty warriors who will stand up to this present day evil. But how do they do this if they are not well equipped? By creating a healthy mind, body and soul. We need a generation who will be strong enough and healthy enough to fight for whatever their future holds. Like strong oak trees that are planted by the stream. The storms may come but they will hold fast because their roots run deep.

This is my passion. To help raise up Mighty Warriors.

My Why

They are the reason I fight so hard for my health. There are still days where my body looses the fight and I end up flat on my back. Healing is not linear. It ebbs and flows. One layer of healing at a time, one more piece of the puzzle at a time. Not only do I have to fight so I can be present for them, so we can have adventures, learn new things and that they will know their mama is always here when they need me (versus stuck in bed). But as they started to grow and we found out they each have their own set of health concerns, this mama knew I needed to be present even more. I needed to be their advocate. I needed to learn and continue to learn so I could lead and guide them through their journey. I want them to see their super power by helping them clear the clutter and noise around them.

“Don’t let your diagnosis define you and don’t wait for a diagnosis before you pursue health. You were made for more than this. In fact, you were made for such a time as this.”
